By accessing and using DevLucid, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
DevLucid offers several subscription plans:
Free Plan
2 questions per day, available forever at no cost
Basic Plan
9 USD / 9 EUR / 29 PLN per month, 10 questions per day. Prices vary by currency and location.
Standard Plan
19 USD / 19 EUR / 59 PLN per month, 25 questions per day. Prices vary by currency and location.
Pro Plan
29 USD / 29 EUR / 99 PLN per month, 50 questions per day. Prices vary by currency and location.
Note: Currency is automatically detected for new users. Once you subscribe, your currency is locked to your subscription. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) in a subscription model. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
VAT and Taxes
Prices shown in the service are final prices (gross). Transactions are processed in accordance with applicable tax regulations for the Service Provider's location. Upon User's request, a sales document (invoice without VAT or receipt) can be issued.
Multi-Currency Support
We support PLN (Poland), EUR (Europe), and USD (Rest of World). Currency is automatically detected based on your location for new users. Once you subscribe, your currency is locked to prevent fraud. To change currency, you must cancel your subscription and wait for it to expire, then resubscribe.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee with Fair Use)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.
Automatic refunds are available if your subscription is less than 14 days old AND your usage is less than 10% of your monthly plan limit (calculated as daily limit × 30). If either condition is not met, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period (no refund). Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal:
Regardless of the above contractual money-back guarantee, the User acknowledges that the subject of the service consists of digital content that is not stored on a material medium. In accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the commencement of service provision (asking the first question to AI) before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period means the loss of the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Our voluntary '14-day guarantee with fair use principle' (described above) is an extension of your rights and applies regardless of this provision.
Each subscription plan has daily limits on the number of questions you can ask. These limits reset at midnight in your local timezone (detected on first use and stored). Unused questions do not carry over to the next day. Timezone changes are allowed only once every 30 days to prevent abuse.
We reserve the right to modify usage limits or implement additional restrictions if we detect abuse or excessive usage that may impact service quality for other users.
You agree not to use the service:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violate any applicable laws of the Republic of Poland, European Union law, or international law
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by DevLucid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service.
The service may contain links (hyperlinks) to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us of the third-party websites or their content.
We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites and assume no responsibility for them. We encourage you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party websites or services.
DevLucid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
To use the service, a device with Internet access and a web browser supporting JavaScript and Cookies is required.

The User is responsible for using the Service in accordance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Service is operated from the territory of Poland.
The law applicable to the agreement is the law of the Republic of Poland. The competent court is the court for the Service Provider's seat.
For consumers from the EU, the above choice of law does not exclude the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
