Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at period end with no refund.

How does upgrading to a higher plan work?

The change takes effect immediately. We charge only the prorated difference between the plans, calculated proportionally only for the days remaining until the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens when downgrading to a lower plan?

Your current (higher) plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. The change to a lower plan and the new, lower fee will automatically take effect starting from the next cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, provided you have used less than 10% of your total AI usage quota (Chatbot, Mentor in Tasks, and Code Review combined). In such cases, funds are automatically refunded. For higher usage, we handle refunds individually.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) in a subscription model. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
